Refund & Return Policy

 

At Bikes & Riders, we want you to shop with confidence.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

General Return Conditions

- Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

- Returns of used, damaged, or unpackaged items may be subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund based on the item's current market value.

 - If a return is initiated at the customer’s request (not due to a product defect or store error), Bikes & Riders reserves the right to withhold a 3% processing fee to cover credit/debit card transaction costs.

Bicycle Returns

 - Bicycles can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup.

  - Shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Gear & Accessories Returns

   - Gear and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup.

Apparel & Footwear Returns

 - Apparel must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. If signs of wear or washing are present, the return may be refused.

 - Shoes must be in new condition, with no signs of part installation or use.

Non-Returnable Items

 - Special orders and closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

 - A valid original receipt is required for all returns. If a receipt is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

 - Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable.

Online Returns

 - To initiate an online return, submit your request [HERE].

 - A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, with the cost deducted from the final refund amount.

In-Store Returns

 - Bring your item, original packaging, and proof of purchase to any Bikes & Riders store for a hassle-free return or exchange.
