Domestic Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S.
• If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at 4bikesandriders@gmail.com for a shipping quote.
• Certain oversized items (e.g., cargo bikes, tandem bikes, and wire bead tires) may be subject to additional shipping fees.

In-Store Pickup

• Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified via phone, email, or text when their order is ready.
• Orders must be picked up within 10 days unless special arrangements are made. A 10% restocking fee may apply to unclaimed orders.

Backorders

• If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we may split your order into multiple shipments at no additional shipping cost.

Pricing & Customs Fees

• We strive to maintain accurate pricing and product information on our website. If you notice an error, please let us know.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and clearance fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Assembly & Liability Disclaimer

• We strongly recommend having bicycles assembled and serviced by a professional.
• Improper assembly, use, or maintenance may result in serious injury or damage. Bikes & Riders is not responsible for any claims arising from incorrect assembly or use.
